Despite all the nice specialty shops in the center of Delft, sometimes you just want to do some mainstream shopping. This time I chose to do so, because my son broke his leg and walking with a wheelchair is not so practical in Delft.
Zuidpoort is the place to be for this kind of shopping. It is convenient, some popular store chains have their branch out there.
Today I visited, H&M:Swedish clothes store, Xenos: a Dutch funshop store, Coolcat, a Dutch clothes store mainly for teenagers and the Hema: my favorite interior, practical and fun store, with my kids and niece. (she explains my visit to Coolcat) while my husband did the groceries at the Jumbo supermarket.
There are more shops, you can find them at the website of Zuidpoort, it’s design is not attractive, but it gives information about the stores. Parking your car works good at the Zuidpoort garage.
So, shop till you drop!
